1. About SilverTickets

SilverTickets provides an online platform that allows customers to discover and purchase or obtain tickets for events offered by event organisers.

2. Ticket Purchases

When you complete a ticket booking, you agree that the booking information you provide is accurate and complete. Paid bookings are confirmed only after successful payment unless otherwise stated.

3. Event Organisers

Event organisers are responsible for their event information, scheduling, venue, performance, entry requirements and other event-specific obligations.

4. Tickets

Tickets may contain a unique QR code or other identifier. Tickets must not be copied, duplicated, altered or used fraudulently.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility may depend on the event, organiser policy and applicable Australian consumer law. If an event is cancelled or materially changed, customers should follow the instructions provided by SilverTickets or the relevant organiser.

6. Fees

Booking or service fees may apply and will be displayed before the customer completes payment.

7. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for activity performed through their account.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not misuse SilverTickets, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorised access, distribute fraudulent tickets or use the service for unlawful purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SilverTickets is not responsible for matters outside its reasonable control, including event performance, venue operations or organiser decisions.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will be published on this page.
